This privacy statement applies to the processing, in particular the collection, management and use of your personal data as a natural person by Janien Prummel.

By personal data we mean all information about an identified or identifiable natural person. This concerns data that you have provided to us yourself, that we assign to you for the use of our products and/or services, that we obtain through the use of our products and/or services.

It concerns data to identify you (name, address, customer number, account number …), to contact you (address, telephone or cell phone number, fax, e-mail, user name, identification data of the devices you use …) and to serve you correctly (which products or services you use, preferences and interests, activity, feedback …).

PROCESSING PURPOSES

Personal data is processed for various purposes. However, we are careful to collect and process only those data that are adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed.

We use your personal data to:

1. To comply with our legal obligations;
2. If we have obtained permission from you to do so. You are, of course, free to do so at any time. If you wish to withdraw your consent, you can do so by contacting us via the appropriate channels;
3. For the execution of an agreement and/or to be able to assess whether a contract or service can be concluded;
4. If we have a legitimate interest in doing so (processing for research purposes, dispute management and legal risks, complaint management and after-sales service, exercising and safeguarding our rights, …). In doing so, we take care to ensure that the balance between these legitimate interests and the impact on your privacy is not disturbed in any case.

LEGAL GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING

Internally, Janien Prummel takes the necessary technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. For example, we employ the necessary firewalls to protect external access, a strict password policy is applied. We ensure that our employees and processors only have access to the data they need in order to carry out their assignment and that they treat that data in a secure and confidential manner. If you are a customer of ours, we also store your contact and billing data. This data is needed to ensure a smooth cooperation.

Only Janien Prummel uses your data. We do NOT share your data with third parties.

STORAGE PERIOD

Personal data may not be kept longer than necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed. The retention period may therefore differ depending on the purpose.

What are your rights? 

1. Right to access and rectification, modification or deletion of data

You have the right to inspect all the personal data that we collect from you. You can have any incorrect or incomplete data amended or deleted.

2. Right to be forgotten

Has the right to have your data deleted from our databases.

3. Right to lodge a complaint
