These collages are inspired by and an ode to Louise Bourgois’ textile work. I combine various patterns of fabrics in this series of 4 collages. The fabrics all have a history; silk scarves, a handkerchief, my first tea towels, an old tablecloth, pieces of book covers.

• the collages are made on Khadi paper. The paper is handmade in India and is made of 100% cotton. Because of the handwork, the sheets are never quite the same. The edges have a nice scoop edge.
