By placing an order in the Webshop of Janien Prummel the consumer automatically agrees with all of the following terms and conditions:

PRODUCTS

We put great care in photographing and describing the items/artwork but be aware that colours can vary on different screens.

ORDER

By pressing the “Place Order” button, you have entered into a legally binding agreement to purchase the item(s). You will receive a confirmation by email. If this is not the case, we have not received your order either. Then please contact us by email at info@janienprummel.be.

We will send your order as soon as possible after receiving the payment, but no later than within seven working days. The specified sending time is indicative. When the webshop is temporarily closed, we will clearly state the closure of the shop on the website. 

Exceeding any delivery period does not give the right to compensation or the right to cancel the order or terminate the agreement.

COMPLAINTS

We take complaints very seriously. Please send us an email within 14 days after receiving the parcel. After that period, we will not accept any complaints.

RETURNS

When you are not satisfied with the items received, you have the right to return them except for products from the Sale. If you want to return an item, you have to register this at info@janienprummel.be within 14 days after receiving your package. 

Make sure to state your name and order number clearly. Please return the items after you have received our confirmation. The costs and the risk of the return shipment are for the buyer. We will return the purchase amount within 14 days after receiving your items.

We will not accept any returns if the items are used, damaged, or without prior email contact.

We only accept returns of products in their original packaging.

Custom made orders are not eligible for returns.

SHIPPING/SENDING

We send the artworks and prints with the most possible care. Unless otherwise stated, collages and prints are shipped flat in a strong cardboard envelope. We use a flat rate of 5 euro for sending and VAT is included.

The artworks are send ‘non prior’ with B Post Belgium. The delivery time of a non prior envelope is within three days in Belgium.  Indicative delivery time for letters abroad:

• to our neighboring countries: 2 to 3 working days
• to other European countries: 3 to 6 working days
• to the rest of the world: 5 to 20 business days

If you want the artwork the next day please email us at info@janienprummel.be and we will send it ‘prior’.

If you order from a country outside the EU there may be custom duties, local taxes and other costs added. Please note, these costs are at your own expense.

PRIVACY

We are using your private info only for our administration and communication with you. We will not use them otherwise or give them away to third parties. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy.
